SATURDAY ONLY VENDOR
WAMBO does not supply tables or chairs, power or water.
Vendors must supply their own floats.
SET UP TIMES + REQUIREMENTS
General Merchandise Vendors must be set up and ready by 8am on Saturday of the event and are expected to stay until 5pm. Once reviewed and approved, you will be notified of set up times and area designation.
Vendors are required to be at Main parking lot downtown Wellington St. entrance for placement upon arrival.
PRICING
10×10 = $160
10×20 = $320
Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email including a link back to this website to add your vendor area size to cart and checkout. If you prefer to use a different form of payment, please respond to the approval email.
FOOD VENDOR
FRIDAY + SATURDAY VENDOR
This application does not guarantee attendance for our event. Your submission will be reviewed for approval in order to ensure public health safety and a variety of selection for our visitors. Applications will be kept for future submissions. Up to 30 amp service can be provided. No generators allowed near main stage area. Tap water available.

All approved food vendors must be on site beginning Friday 2pm and remain until Saturday 11pm. 24-hour security is provided by our Logistics + Safety team. Once reviewed and approved, you will be notified of set up times and area designation.

CHATHAM-KENT PUBLIC HEALTH
All vendors must comply with Chatham-Kent Public Health Special Event Food Vendor Guidelines.
All vendors are required to:
Submit a Food Vendor Notification Form
Do so at least 14 days before the event
Receive approval from Public Health before operating
Failure to meet deadlines may result in denial of participation.
You must have:
At least one certified Food Handler onsite at all times
This person is responsible for ensuring safe food practices throughout the event.
Public Health Inspectors may:
Contact you before the event
Inspect your booth during the event
If serious issues are found, you may be:
Required to correct them immediately
Or shut down

Plan ahead
Follow food safety rules closely
Be prepared for inspection
Vendors who are organized and compliant typically have a smooth and successful event.
