Greetings from WAMBO
Greeting and Welcome to WAMBO 28
What a pleasure to welcome everyone to WAMBO this year.
I would like to extend a big thanks to Bill Wolsing and the WAMBO committee, the local service groups, vendors, entrants, and the sponsors that make this annual event. “28 YEARS & GROWING STRONGER”. I would also like to thank each and every resident and visitor that attends this event, without you, WAMBO would not be the amazing event that it has become.
Whether you are an antique motorboat enthusiast, a newcomer to our community, a returning visitor or resident, WAMBO has something for everyone. From the opening ceremonies on Friday night right through to the interdenominational church service on Sunday.
There are so many things to enjoy; food, music, antique boats, cars, motorcycles and firetrucks. For many of us it is about reunited connections both new and old that meet annually on the streets of Wallaceburg to enjoy this wonderful local weekend event.
Make your way around our beautiful community and enjoy yourself.
Welcome! Welcome Home! Welcome Back! Enjoy! Have Fun! Be Safe!
Tom and I hope to see you out and about on WAMBO weekend.
Chatham-Kent Councillor, Ward 5, Wallaceburg
